Teaching skills that enable you to meet your goals.
Life can be stressful, talking with someone can be extremely beneficial to you and your loved ones. Together we can help you reach your personal and productivity goals.
Are you struggling in school, wanting to return to school, or just wanting to brush up on your study skills? Maybe you always “got by” in high school, but never actually learned how to study. Maybe you know how to study but you just can’t get yourself to do so. Whatever it may be, together we can make a plan to help you succeed.
Do you struggle with things that seem so simple to other people? Do you find it hard to relate to others or sometimes feel like they’re speaking a completely different language? Whether you suspect that you are neurodivergent or whether you’ve been recently diagnosed we can discuss accommodations that might help. To find out more, click the link below.
As a queer person it can be hard to find someone to talk to who understands. My goal is to provide a safe and affirming environment for people of all sexualities, genders, and relationship styles.
Are you constantly busy and overwhelmed with no idea how you got here? You may be struggling to assert your boundaries and communicate your wants and needs in a safe and healthy way. Let’s work on it together.
You have so much to do. You know you can do it, but still it somehow doesn’t get done. This is a common experience of someone with executive functioning difficulties. Through coaching, we will identify what isn’t working and develop a system to finally get you going.
Jay is a PhD Counseling Psychology student at Oklahoma State University. They have over 4 years of experience working with autistic and queer adults, and those with OCD, ADD/ADHD, and Dyslexia.
Coaching is very similar to therapy and counseling but has two main differences: 1.) the clinician may not have an LPC, LPA, or LP licensure 2.) Coaching tends to have more of a focus on the present and future. Previous life events may still be discussed, but the primary aim is to accept where we currently are and see where we can go from there.
This practice primarily specializes in working with neurodivergent adults and members of the LGBT+ community.
